La Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Jes\u00fas dona parte importante de sus predios al estado municipal.<\/p>\n
En la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria n. \u00ba 8 del 25 de junio 2026, el Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la Ordenanza n. \u00b0 10385\/2026 mediante la cual la Municipalidad de Guaymall\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 en donaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de 6000m2 que la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil La Educadora \u2013 Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Jes\u00fas posee en un predio destinado al Campo de deportes del Colegio San Francisco Javier.<\/p>\n
El fin de esto es ampliar, reparar y extender las calles de la zona, mejorando tanto la circulaci\u00f3n como la seguridad vial. Las calles afectadas son San Francisco del Monte, San Ignacio de Loyola, Dolores Prats, Los Geranios y Los Tulipanes.<\/p>\n
Como contraprestaci\u00f3n el municipio deber\u00e1 dejar en condiciones los cierres perimetrales y rehacer las edificaciones que se vean intervenidas.<\/p>\n
Por otra parte, el concejal Pedro Bast\u00edas present\u00f3 un proyecto para establecer un r\u00e9gimen municipal de Ceremonial y Protocolo. Mientras que, el edil Manuel Moreno Serrano present\u00f3 dos iniciativas; una para hacer demarcaciones viales en la calle Gomensoro del distrito Belgrano, y otra, para crear una Comisi\u00f3n Especial que aborde la problem\u00e1tica ambiental de Los Corralitos y distritos aleda\u00f1os.
