Qued\u00f3 prorrogado el Periodo Ordinario de Sesiones<\/p>\n
En Asamblea Legislativa, que fue presidida por el Presidente Provisional del Senado, Mart\u00edn Kerchner, y por el Presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Andr\u00e9s Lombardi; se procedi\u00f3 a declarar la pr\u00f3rroga del Per\u00edodo Ordinario de Sesiones hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de octubre, tal como lo establece el art\u00edculo 84 de la Constituci\u00f3n Provincial, el cual sostiene que \u201clas C\u00e1maras funcionar\u00e1n en sesiones ordinarias todos los a\u00f1os desde el 1 de mayo al 30 de septiembre y podr\u00e1n prorrogar sus sesiones por propia iniciativa hasta 30 d\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, se autoriza a ambas C\u00e1maras legislativas a realizar sus sesiones de tablas y las reuniones de Comisiones durante dicho periodo, los mismos d\u00edas y en el mismo horario que tienen fijados para el Periodo Ordinario.<\/p>\n
En el Art\u00edculo 84 de la Constituci\u00f3n de Mendoza, se establece tambi\u00e9n que \u201cen la pr\u00f3rroga s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n ocuparse del asunto o asuntos que le hayan dado origen y de las que el Poder Ejecutivo incluyese durante ella\u201d, con lo cual se act\u00faa conforme a lo determinado por la Carta Magna.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, en su art\u00edculo 85, la Constituci\u00f3n dispone que: \u201cAbren y cierran sus sesiones ordinarias y extraordinarias, por s\u00ed mismas, reunidas en Asamblea y presididas por el presidente del Senado, debiendo dar conocimiento anticipadamente al Poder Ejecutivo\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
